The AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am takes place this week in California. The pros with Joes tournament. Expect these “Joes” are not your average amateur golfer. They are big time celebrities, and professional athletes. The standard format for the event is 156 professionals and 156 amateurs. Each professional is paired with an amateur for the tournament. Pebble Beach brings in the big guns. Celebrities this week are Aaron Rodger, Josh Duhamel, Wayne Gretzky, Bill Murray, Ray Romano and ect. Oh, and lets not forget about the golfers. Jordan Spieth, Rory who makes his Pebble debut, Jason Day, and Dustin Johnson are a few big time names. With these celebs and athletes in the field. Who would be the ultimate celeb pro-am partner, if you were given the opportunity to choose?

Rodgers would be a no brainer. Arguably the most talented quarterback to ever play the game. Smooth guy Rodgers would be a badass partner. Ask him about the Favre days, what it’s like to play in Lambeau, and you know Rodgers jams out to music while playing. Drink of choice for Rodgers? I’m guessing Scotch.
Ken Griffey Jr.
If you ever watched baseball “The Kid” has to be one of your favorite players. Smoothest swing ever. This would only work under one condition. He has to wear a blue Seattle Mariners jersey while playing. Still to this day one of the best jerseys in sports.
Why Murray would make the ultimate partner? One simple reason. He would make you laugh your ass off. Whenever you’re about to explode like Jon Rahm on a Sunday. Murray would be right there cracking jokes. Only downfall? At times you wouldn’t be capable of swinging because of laughing too hard.
So, who would be the ultimate pro-am partner? That’s an easy one.
Can’t say that Jordan loves golf more than basketball, but I would assume it’s almost neck and neck. I mean hell; the guy is building his own golf course in Florida. The greatest basketball player ever would be the ultimate pro-am partner. From the cigars, dream team stories, and he hates slow play so J.B. Holmes would be out. And you better bring your wallet. Jordan is known to shell out some cash on the course. The other benefit to Jordan? Hopefully throwing in some M.J. golf shoes for the round.
